The Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Team of Dishwashers. The Dishwasher is the steward of safety and the wheel that makes the entire operation hum. They are a critical component to the success of the team and the guest and is an advocate for safety and sanitation for the whole.

Your responsibilities will include:
Ensures all plate ware, glassware and tools are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.
Maintain a clean and organized station.
Manage your time to provide the dishes and vessels required to execute the culinary program.
Sets up and breaks down dish machine, including arms, screens, and baskets on a daily basis.
Ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive regarding the front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or Guests)

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

High standards for cleanliness and organization.
The ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Participate in Food Safety training. ServSafe certification is a plus.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Interested in a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state, and local regulations.
Willing to learn and grow in the role.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
